RECIPE OF THE MONTH
SEPTEMBER
Fudge!!! (Without any baking)
Ingredients:
-4 tablespoons of butter (melted)
-2 cups of confectioner's/powdered sugar
-1/2 cup of cocoa powder (unsweetend!)
-6 tablespoons of condensed milk
-1 teaspoon of vanilla (optional)
Directions:
In a bowl, put in melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla (if wanted). Mix until creamy. Then in the same bowl, sift in the sugar and the cocoa powder. Mix all ingredients together until doughy. Then use your hands to form any shape you want! (or just cut into squares) Then put the fudge in the fridge for about 45 minutes to an hour. Enjoy!
***KIKI'S TIP FOR THIS RECIPE: You may sprinkle the fudge with sugar, edible decor, cocoa powder, or even grated choco!***

Super Duper Easy Cupcakes
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup of butter
-1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour
-3/4 cup of sugar
-21/2 teaspoons of baking powder
-1 medium or large sized egg
-3/4 cup of milk
-1 teaspoon of vanilla
*Electric mixer, toothpick, muffin tin, and cupcake liners will also be needed.
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Soften (or melt) the butter and put it in a large mixing bowl. Then sift the dry ingredients (sugar, baking powder, flour) on top. Set the electric mixer to a slow setting and mix in the ingredients. After that, add 1/2 cup of milk and egg. Beat until the flour is completely moistened. Next, add the remaining milk and vanilla and beat for about another minute. put down the cupcake liners in the muffin tin, and pour the batter in the liners a bit more than halfway. Bake for about 10 minutes and check by putting a toothpick in. If the toothpick is clean, it is ready. If the cupcakes aren't ready yet, check every often until it's ready. When the cupcakes are done, you can put any frosting on top. Enjoy!

*** KIKI'S TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE: If you LOVE sugary treats, then you can add 1 cup of sugar instead of 3/4! Also, after you have finished making the batter, you can add blueberries or choco chips! ***
